Privacy policy statement and request for consent under article 13 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003.

Under article 13 of the Italian personal data protection code (Legislative Decree 196/2003), we inform you that the data that we collect will be processed by SAS a.a.s di Enrico Sangiani within the applicable laws. The up-to-date list of the people responsible internally and externally is available from the Data Controller.

Data collected via the website form will be processed via electronic and/or automated and/or other means in full accordance with the principles of confidentiality, fairness and transparency and in compliance with the law, for the following purposes:

to follow up on contact/newsletter/booking requests made from the webpage
to send information or promotional material about the Data Controller, including through external companies, where relevant
to monitor customer satisfaction with the Data Controller’s services, including through market-research companies or other specialist firms that may send questionnaires to fill out or similar material to samples of users
to send users (directly or through external companies) information or promotional material on services provided by third parties with which the Data Controller has commercial agreements to offer those services to its customers.

We pursue the above purposes only if you agree that we can process your data. You are under no obligation to agree, although we cannot fulfil your requests under point 1 if you do not.
